JJ Bola is a Writer, Poet, and Educator, born in Congo, and raised in London. He has been writing for many years, he started his writing journey through poetry and has since gone on to publish numerous books across the globe, while also having his most recent book ‘The Selfless Act of Breathing’ acquired as a film. 

JJ Bola has an MA in Creative Writing, he works as a mental health social worker and is also an ambassador for the United Nations High Council for Refugees. All while traveling across the UK, and internationally, for workshops, lectures, and talks.
