diana evans
I see therapy as a collaborative, supportive working relationship. My aim is to provide a distinctive space to make sense of what is going on in the life of my clients and the way they are feeling, enabling them to confront their anxieties and negative thoughts. Working in partnership with my clients and building a trustworthy relationship allows the opportunity to really shed light on the difficulties my clients face and explore the possibilities and choices available to them.
My clinical approach is integrative which means I draw upon different types of therapies, I take the view that there is no single approach that can treat you in all situations, there are many ways in which the human mind can be explored and understood and no one theory alone holds the answer.
